# Backend Engineer (Trading Bots)

We are looking for a talented backend engineer with experience building trading bots to develop and maintain algorithmic strategies across DeFi and CeFi platforms, including market making, arbitrage, and delta-neutral systems.

This role is perfect for someone who understands how financial markets work under the hood and is excited to build bots that operate in complex, high-performance environments.

🔍 **Key Responsibilities**

* Design and implement new algorithmic trading strategies on decentralized and centralized exchanges
* Work with market-making, arbitrage, and delta-neutral systems
* Collaborate with quant researchers to convert models into production-grade bots
* Integrate with DEX and CEX APIs and blockchain infrastructure
* Ensure robust execution, monitoring, and risk controls for deployed strategies

🎓 **Qualifications & Experience**

* Strong interest in and understanding of how CeFi and DeFi markets operate
* Hands-on experience building and maintaining trading bots
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related technical field
* Solid understanding of financial mathematics
* Comfort working with mathematical formulas and models
* Native Russian speaker; able to read and understand technical documentation in English

💡 **Preferred Skills**

* Experience with blockchain development
* Familiarity with smart contracts (Solidity)
* Understanding of Uniswap V3 math and development experience with it
* Knowledge of perpetual DEX mechanics and hands-on experience working with them

* Fully remote or hybrid with offices in Moscow and Abu Dhabi
